Kalepa is hiring a Tech Lead Manager for its Core UX team in Europe. This player-coach role focuses on refining existing product functionality to deliver an exceptional user experience. You will be hands-on while leading a team of engineers, setting strategy, delivering results, and cultivating a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
At least 2 years of full-time engineering people management.
Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and functions.
Past success in hiring talented engineers at different levels.
Ability to make tradeoffs to ship high-quality code in a fast-growing environment.
Embody hustle and grit, with excellent craft skills and relentless pursuit of quality.
Proactive communication, surfacing blockers and keeping stakeholders informed.
Thrive on experimentation: testing ideas, measuring results, and iterating quickly.
Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
Experience in a modern front-end framework, preferably React.
Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2), asynchronous workflows, and cloud environments.
Comfortable with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
