Atos is seeking a Tech Lead Backend Java Spring/Angular to lead technical strategy on key projects. You will work on modern architectures and guide teams in technical choices and development best practices, championing a culture where diversity drives creativity and tech is used for good.
What You'll Do
- Design and evolve application architectures using Java and Spring Boot
- Provide technical leadership and act as a key reference for developers
- Develop and oversee REST APIs and backend services
- Contribute to the development of front-end interfaces with Angular
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
- Participate in architectural choices and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with DevOps and business teams using Agile methodologies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot development
- Strong command of the Angular framework
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices architectures
- Practical knowledge of continuous integration and CI/CD tools
- Technical leadership with the ability to guide teams and make decisions
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and a strong team spirit
