At Atos, we are looking for a Tech Lead Java to lead an ambitious project as a central technical leader. You will play a pivotal role in architectural decisions, guide development teams, and deliver innovative solutions, acting as the guarantor of the project's overall technical coherence.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical contact for architects, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Build and strengthen technical relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Participate actively in the design, development, and documentation of solutions.
- Supervise and guide teams working in agile environments like Scrum and Kanban.
- Develop and optimize continuous integration processes and contribute to deployment operations.
- Own performance, security, and scalability challenges.
- Contribute to responses for calls for tender through technical writing and costing.
What We're Looking For
- An engineering degree or Bac+5 equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar, technically intensive role.
- Expert mastery of the Java, Spring, Hibernate ecosystem and relational databases.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies including Angular 9+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PrimeNG, and Material.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps environments (Jenkins, Git, Linux) and Cloud architectures.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite people, and a strong sense of teamwork.
