Inspyr GmbH (drink&paint) is looking for a Teamlead Operations (w/m/x) to shape the strategic and operational direction of the company. You will work directly with the founders, CEO, and C-level team to drive the company forward. This is a role for entrepreneurial thinkers who want to make an impact and be part of an ambitious team revolutionizing the art industry.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop our event management team both professionally and organizationally.
Coordinate the strategic and organizational advancement of our B2B event segment.
Develop and optimize internal processes, for example using our organization tool Notion.
Identify automation potential and implement workflows to minimize manual tasks.
Support the establishment and maintenance of scalable process structures for our growing event business.
Act as an initiator for new projects.

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years of professional experience in a strategy role, ideally in a startup or consulting.
Demonstrable experience in leading and developing a team, backed by measurable results (e.g., revenue growth, process optimizations, KPIs).
Analytical thinking, confident handling of KPIs, tools, and budget management.
A 'Yes, I can do this; leave it to me, I'll take care of it' mentality with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
High empathy, curiosity, and the will to shape and drive positive change.
