p78 is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Architect (all genders) to join ambitious international integration projects. You will apply your technical expertise to translate customer requirements into integrated cloud solutions, working within a culture defined by teamwork and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead integration projects of varying complexity within the SuccessFactors environment for a diverse range of companies.
- Identify customer requirements and ensure the seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing customer systems.
- Oversee integration and interface development during SuccessFactors implementations.
- Follow an individual development plan with internal and external training to deepen knowledge in relevant cloud systems and latest technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Solid professional experience in designing HR system landscapes and IT architectures.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to keep a cool head in stressful project phases.
- Excellent communication skills, enjoyment of teamwork, and a value for collegiality.
- Willingness to work on-site with clients for a few days per month as part of consulting projects.
- Good English language skills.
