We are seeking a Teamlead Influencer Marketing to lead and scale influencer marketing as a core revenue channel for kartenmacherei and Atelier Rosemood. This role involves full ownership of strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first environment within Germany.
What You'll Do
- Ownership of influencer marketing strategy, taking over established activities (mainly on Instagram) while expanding into further channels and opportunities (e.g. TikTok or YouTube) including channel testing, creator segmentation and budget allocation to scale the channel into a core revenue driver
- Develop and manage creator partnerships end-to-end, from scouting and negotiation through contracting and ongoing relationship nurturing across our brands
- End-to-end campaign management including briefing, execution, performance tracking and continuous optimization based on data insights
- Leadership and coaching of 6 direct reports (including working students) fostering an AI-first, experiment-driven culture while collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Performance Marketing and Creative teams
