At Pulse Advertising GmbH, we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to take ownership of high-impact campaigns from start to finish. You will lead your own team while helping to evolve our department's strategic direction in a driven, passionate, and diverse environment.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage large-scale social media campaigns for clients, from proposal to execution and reporting.
- Develop creative ideas and bring them to life.
- Communicate with clients and service providers.
- Take the lead in event planning and management.
- Analyze trends and prepare internal and external reports and evaluations.
- Together with management, further develop the strategic direction and processes of the influencer marketing department.
- Lead your own team and foster its continued development.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in the social media field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Enjoy working with numbers and love both project management and emotional storytelling.
- A true team player with a strong hands-on mentality.
- Approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team.
