Onepage GmbH is looking for a Teamlead Online Marketing (m/f/d) to shape the future of our marketing efforts. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy, managing strategic planning, operational control, and budget for performance channels while guiding your team.

What You'll Do

Lead, develop, and provide constructive feedback to your Online Marketing team as their primary point of contact.
Develop and implement the overall company marketing strategy in collaboration with management, selecting channels, communication concepts, and target-group-specific measures.
Monitor and track relevant performance KPIs, creating meaningful reports and well-founded analyses using tools like Google Analytics.
Take over strategic planning, operational control, and budget management for performance marketing channels such as SEA, SEO, Social Ads, and Display.
Drive the data-driven optimization of campaigns to increase efficiency, optimize conversion, and achieve marketing goals like CPA and ROAS.
Apply deep brand and performance marketing knowledge to build the brand and increase reach through creative, data-driven approaches.
Manage other marketing areas including Meta Ads, content production, email marketing, press relations, social media, website optimization, SEO, and event support.
Act as the interface to other departments and external service providers.

What We're Looking For

A successfully completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, media, communication sciences, e-commerce) or comparable training.
At least 5 years of experience in online marketing with a performance focus, preferably in an international environment.
Proven experience successfully leading and motivating a team to top performance.
Demonstrable, concrete successes in performance marketing and campaign management.
Enthusiasm for data-driven processes and strong knowledge of performance channels to identify weaknesses and optimization potential.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and high social competence.
Strong organizational talent, ability to set clear priorities, and maintain an overview of numerous diverse tasks.
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
