Coles Group is looking for a Team Manager accountable for coaching and supporting a team of 25-30 team members to deliver operational output in a Coles Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Shift Manager, the role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficiency within the supply chain.
What You'll Do
- Coach and support a team of 25-30 team members to deliver required operational output.
- Plan and allocate workload to maximise efficiency and delivery to deadline.
- Manage the reporting and logging of safety-related incidents.
- Handle the receiving, pick packing and dispatching of goods.
- Meet commercial budget and cost management principles.
- Energise, empower and support your team in meeting and exceeding set targets.
What We're Looking For
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster as the DC operates 7 days a week.
- Effective communication with all levels of the business.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of 25-30 team members and report directly to the Shift Manager within the Distribution Centre.
