About the Role

Concentrix is hiring a Team Leader, Operations to supervise the day-to-day performance of a group of remote call center associates. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable to achieve performance metrics. This is a work-from-home position.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise call center associates, including monitoring work and attendance in line with company policy.
  • Coaching direct reports weekly to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
  • Identifying performance issues, developing improvement plans, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensuring customer service delivery meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
  • Communicating expectations and providing timely updates to employees.
  • Providing subject matter expertise to handle escalated customer calls.
  • Conducting team meetings to share information and schedule team activities.
  • Staying current on internal processes and attending required manager training.
  • Promoting company values through behavior and attitude, advocating for team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with our current automotive client.
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address.

Nice to Have

  • An Associate's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in developing and coaching team members to meet performance goals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and providing direction to a team.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
