About the Role

Arla is hiring a Team Leader for Members Administration to join our Gdańsk office. You will lead the Member Administration team to ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality delivery of member administration services across markets. In this role, you will translate strategic priorities into operational plans, focusing on accurate member settlements, data integrity, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate the Administration team, setting clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure end-to-end operational excellence across member settlements, master data, and related administration processes, securing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Act as escalation point for complex operational issues and support the team in resolving cases.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and automation of processes to reduce manual work and increase quality.
  • Ensure strong data quality, internal controls, and audit readiness; proactively identify risks and implement preventive actions.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Logistics, Agriculture, Finance, IT and markets) to secure smooth processes and successful implementation of changes.
  • Oversee and support reporting, performance tracking, and trend analysis, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Lead and support implementation of new IT systems and tools within Member Administration, from design through go-live.
  • Act as a business owner or key SME for system changes, configurations and enhancements related to settlements and master data.
  • Drive continuous improvement of system usage, data quality and automation, reducing manual work and operational risk.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback and knowledge sharing; ensure documentation and procedures are up to date.
  • Support and contribute to relevant IT initiatives, process transitions and system implementations.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of relevant professional experience within administration, finance, accounting, or shared service environments.
  • Proven experience in leading or coordinating people, tasks, or operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of member administrative and settlement processes and related controls.
  • Experience with process optimisation, standardisation or system implementation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Confidence working with data, reports and digital tools.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Additional languages are an advantage (DE, DK, SE, NL, FR).
  • Hands-on experience participating in or leading IT projects, system implementations or process transitions.
  • Understanding of system configuration, data structures and end-to-end data flows in administrative or financial processes.
  • Experience with data migration, data quality validation and reconciliation activities is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders across different locations.
