Responsibilities
- Lead a team to provide individual, bespoke support to children and young people in care.
- Design, implement, and monitor care and education plans to meet individual needs.
- Ensure key life and independent skills are achieved in a positive environment.
Requirements
- Currently hold a Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children, Young People and Families or NVQ equivalent
- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
- A full driving licence
- The Right to Work in the UK

Remote (City/Region) — Stone, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Stretton
Additional Information
- Must have a full driving licence
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Work 80% of contractual hours for 100% of pay
- 4-Day Working Week trial in progress
- Successful applicants subject to fully Enhanced DBS check
- Sleep-in allowance included in salary (based on 8 sleep-ins per month)
