Yazaki is hiring a Team Leader to lead a General Maintenance Group. You will supervise personnel, manage key maintenance metrics, respond to client requests, and participate in internal and external audits.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports.
- Address and manage customer service requests and claims.
- Supervise and lead maintenance personnel.
- Conduct daily meetings to address areas of opportunity.
- Manage key performance indicators, including downtime, MTTR, and MTBF.
- Perform MASK and DALIO inspection rounds.
- Participate in compliance and process audits.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Flexible time availability.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
