SPORTFIVE, a global sports marketing agency, is hiring a Team Leader (m/f/d) for FC Augsburg. In this key position, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the club's commercial rights, directly contributing to its economic success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve FC Augsburg's revenue targets.
- Lead a dedicated team and foster its professional and personal development.
- Independently acquire new sponsors and expand existing partnerships.
- Coordinate advertising and hospitality measures in close cooperation with the club.
- Leverage your network to unlock new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of successful experience in sales.
- Leadership competence with the ability to motivate and develop a team and manage stakeholders professionally.
- Strong communication skills and good business acumen to derive strategic decisions.
- Organizational talent, maintaining an overview even in stressful situations to efficiently coordinate match days, partner events, and advertising measures.
