What You'll Do
- Act as the technical and functional expert, leading a team on ServiceNow-based projects.
- Work on project design, code reviews, best practices, and providing solution advice.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project team members, leading service delivery and participating in business development.
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and design solutions for successful implementation.
- Design and implement complex solutions, configuring and deploying custom applications and modules.
- Participate in client workshops to assess current processes and establish target state processes.
- Supervise and perform unit testing of code developed by partner or client staff.
- Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
- Assist clients in preparing required documentation, including technical solution business requirements workbooks.
- Maintain skills and certifications related to customer service management, field service management, and sector-specific product offerings.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in business and/or technical management, project delivery as a team lead, business advisor, or project/program manager.
- In-depth knowledge and skills in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong market relationships to help establish and grow a ServiceNow practice.
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholder groups to transfer knowledge and solve problems.
- Proven ability to build long-term business relationships with client staff and management.
- Experience working collaboratively with senior management to understand, improve, and integrate service offerings.
- Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and hands-on implementation experience.
- Experience and skills in selling ServiceNow and service offerings to potential clients.
- At least four to eight years of software development experience.
- At least five years of experience implementing ServiceNow in complex environments.
- At least four years of technology experience, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems.
- Mastery of all phases of the application development lifecycle and experience in agile environments.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time or work in a different time zone.
- Sector expertise in one or more areas: telecommunications, banking and financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government services, field services, or procurement.
- Proven ability to handle complex problems, from analysis to resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in collaboration.
