smartmicro is hiring a Team Lead Sales (m/f/d) to expand our market presence in automotive and traffic radar sensor technology. You will lead business development and sales strategy, coordinating a sales team to build lasting customer relationships and help make roads safer and cities smarter.
What You'll Do
- Actively work in the Business Development & Sales department and coordinate part of the sales team as a team leader.
- Constantly optimize sales strategy and build long-term customer relationships through regular market, competition, and potential analyses.
- Coordinate closely with other smartmicro teams to forward customer feedback to technical teams and connect customers with support.
- Support the sustainable expansion of market share and take part in international trade fairs and conferences.
- Support in shaping and further developing sales processes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, or a similar qualification.
- Professional experience in technical sales or key account management and leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM software.
- Ability and willingness for occasional travel.
- Business fluent in German and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience dealing with stakeholders in the transport or road sector at municipalities and cities or within the automotive industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.
- Proficiency in another foreign language.
