Shiftmove is hiring a Team Lead Sales Development (f/m/d) to lead our Sales Development Team and drive pipeline growth. We are a profitable scale-up with 300 employees in Berlin, simplifying the world of Business Mobility. Your role will be to establish scalable processes, coach a high-performing team, and ensure effective collaboration across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Coach, motivate, and develop a growing SDR team (currently 8 people).
- Establish healthy, scalable sales habits and foster a culture of feedback, ownership, and development.
- Develop data-driven multichannel outreach strategies (email, call, LinkedIn, video, etc.).
- Translate strategy into clear, repeatable playbooks for SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Steer key KPIs (activity, conversion, pipeline value) and continuously optimize.
- Identify, interview, and recruit new SDR talent.
- Ensure structured onboarding so new colleagues are productive in under 60 days.
- Work closely with Marketing and AEs on lead quality, handover processes, and messaging.
- Make complex topics sellable: clear, relevant, and tailored to the DACH region.
- Observe market and competitor dynamics and continuously adapt positioning and sequences.
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience: Successfully led or built SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales teams for a minimum of 18 months. Alternatively, experience as a Senior AE with clear pipeline responsibility and coaching experience.
- SaaS & High-Activity Sales Experience: Worked in a dynamic, data-driven outbound or SaaS environment and understand how to build scalable processes without losing quality.
- Multichannel thinking: Confident and effective use of calls, sequences, social selling, and modern sales tools.
- DACH Market Expertise: Knowledge of the specifics of the SMB or Mid-Market segment in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate complex solutions understandably and convincingly – in German and English.
- Structured, analytical approach: Organized, data-driven work style and smart prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar tech stack.
- Interest in innovations in the field of Business Mobility.
Team & Environment
You will lead a 9-person Sales Development Team (currently 8 SDRs). You report to the Director of Sales with full visibility to the CRO, and work closely with Marketing and Account Executives.
