PTR - Profi Talent Recruitment UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is looking for a Freelance Sales Manager (m/w/d) to drive new client acquisition for our professional recruiting services across the DACH region. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to handover, with compensation directly tied to your success.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential new customers and open vacancies across the DACH region.
- Make initial contact with companies to present our recruiting services.
- Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships.
- Accompany the sales process until handover to the internal recruiting team.
- Work closely with the team to ensure successful placements.
What We're Looking For
- Self-employed status with a valid trade registration.
- Ability to issue invoices with VAT.
- German language skills at C1 level or higher with professional communication ability.
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
- Enjoyment of sales and motivation to build attractive income through success-based compensation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales, ideally within HR, recruiting, or personnel services.
