Shiftmove is looking for a Team Lead Partnerships (f/m/x) to build the strategic direction for our partnerships team from the ground up. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for two distinct focus areas: the Tax Advisor Focus (Vimcar logbook, B2C) and the Fleet Focus (Shiftmove brand fleet management solutions, B2B), identifying and managing strategic alliances that fuel revenue growth and expand our market reach.

What You'll Do

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders like OEMs, telematics providers, tax partners, financial authorities, and technology partners.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities, informing partnership strategies and company decisions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual goals are met.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success for seamless execution.
Establish and monitor KPIs for partnership activities, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms aligned with company goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to foster relationships and secure new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR multiple years of field experience in Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, or Customer Success.
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, key account management, or strategic alliances within fleet management or related fields.
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of the fleet management ecosystem and related technologies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, proactive, persistent, pragmatic, and possess a can-do attitude.
Enjoy solving complex problems, taking a broad and long-term perspective to identify solutions.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Business fluent German and English (minimum C1 level).

Nice to Have

MBA preferred.
Experience preferably in the SaaS industry.
Background in the Mobility Industry and a proven track record in building and managing successful partnerships within fleet management, taxation, or related industries.
