Finni Health was looking for an ABA Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) - Hybrid

Open Doors ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an Assistant Clinical Director role. This position is ideal for a clinician passionate about leadership and aspiring to grow into a Clinical Director position. It is a hybrid role with a flexible schedule and a clear pathway to advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a clinical leader supporting the current Clinical Director and mentoring junior staff.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Oversee implementation of BIPs and monitor client progress.
  • Deliver direct behavior-analytic services across home, school, and community settings.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other providers to ensure skill generalization and team alignment.
  • Train parents, caregivers, and RBTs in behavior management and data collection.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Actively participate in clinical meetings, strategic planning, and professional development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification (BACB).
  • Current Licensed Behavior Analyst in Michigan.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and clinical excellence.
