LegalMatch Philippines seeks a Team Lead for our Lead Generation Team. This remote, night shift role involves leading a team of appointment setters, fostering a supportive environment, and driving initiatives that ensure exceptional outcomes and sales growth. You will supervise daily activities, analyze performance data, and implement improvements in our dynamic legal tech environment.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the team reaches its targets, which includes making calls when needed and monitoring individual performance.
- Supervise day-to-day team activities, set weekly targets, and work with members to eliminate blockers.
- Review call quality between the team and customers, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive efforts to create the best possible customer experience while growing sales.
- Coach team members and provide feedback as needed.
- Analyze performance data to find ways to continually optimize and improve.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their results.
- Lead team events, including weekly planning and review sessions, and ad hoc meetings.
- Work with the business to regularly update voice lead generation goals based on capacity and evolving needs.
- Report on team progress and identify areas for optimization.
- Participate in recruiting and relevant HR activities like performance reviews.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in appointment setting or sales.
- At least 1 year of successful leadership experience.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and improving team performance.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid coaching and training skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- A bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with appointment setting and sales software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
