Crocs, Inc. is looking for a Team Lead to drive our warehouse operational goals. You will maintain clear communication with leadership and your team to ensure a consistent and efficient flow of orders.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily start up meetings to communicate daily goals and special announcements
- Learn and master SOPs in various departments
- Manage customer requirements
- Conduct Associate coaching and observations to monitor utilization, pace and methods
- At end of shift, ensure the area is ready for the next shift, and associates have returned all equipment to be charged or readied for next shift
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years warehouse experience, with proficiency in each department
- Broad distribution experience
- Experience providing directions and coaching to associates
- Experience monitoring and measuring work through WMS or labor management systems
- Proven ability to oversee multiple groups of Associates while focusing on performance and quality metrics
Work Mode
This role requires full-time onsite work.
