Anglo American / De Beers Group is hiring a Team Assistant 6 month FTC

As a Team Assistant at Anglo American, your role is to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the SVP, CFD & Commercial and CFO Crop Nutrients, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the wider team. Performance & Delivery - Provide executive assistant support to the SVP, CFD & Commercial and CFO Crop Nutrients in relation to diary management, inbox, travel and expenses - Translating prioritisation into active management of diaries and related administration - Produce high quality documentation, presentations and reports in support of the SVP, CFD & Commercial and CFO Crop Nutrients as required - Manage internal and external events for the SVP, CFD & Commercial and CFO Crop Nutrients - Provide a diplomatic and courteous “first point of contact” - Liaise with peer Team Assistants and Executive Support teams to address scheduling conflicts that may arise and escalate any unresolved matters as appropriate - To provide PA and administrative support, not specifically referred to above as necessary Investment Committee - Upload documents to Diligent online board paper site - Book meeting rooms, catering, equipment for Committee meetings - Send out meeting invites from Executive Leadership Team calendar. - Maintenance of Eureka (intranet) page for Investment Committee ensuring all details and links to documents are up to date.
