About the Role

NielsenIQ is seeking a T&D Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our regional client headquarters, driving platform adoption and providing deep market expertise to deliver value and insights.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner to our regional client HQ, coordinating client services across different markets in the region.
  • Onboard clients onto our integrated platform and drive its adoption—including activation, reactivation, and engagement—by demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Drive platform usage with senior regional stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions and deliver insightful presentations with actionable recommendations.
  • Act as an innovation agent to drive change for faster reaction to evolving market requirements.
  • Become a market expert in one or more specific categories or industry segments.
  • Identify leads for cross-sell and upsell opportunities and collaborate with account management during pre-sales and renewal stages.
  • Help improve renewal rates by demonstrating clear business outcomes and value.
  • Collect and provide feedback to product teams on platform functionality and to operations teams on non-platform issues to enhance client experience.
  • Collaborate with other business unit teams to identify opportunities for strategic assignments.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of working or servicing experience with CPG, Tech, and Durables brands.
  • Strong analytical skills, hands-on attitude, and the ability to work independently.
  • Adept at senior stakeholder presentations and conversations.
  • Proven leadership experience within high-performing teams.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Nice to Have

  • Good knowledge of NielsenIQ products, especially Panels and Longitudinal tracking.
