About the Role

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is looking for a Customer Success Associate within our Healthcare Payments business. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our customers as they work to achieve their desired outcomes, focusing on helping healthcare providers maximize their utilization of and satisfaction with our products and services.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute product adoption, expansion, and retention activities to support a healthy customer base.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maximize revenue retention by identifying service and utilization trends, then developing and executing action plans.
  • Manage service escalations by identifying scope, containing impact, managing communication, and ensuring full resolution.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to analyze and prioritize defects and enhancements.
  • Coordinate internal prioritization and position timing expectations with your customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams within J.P. Morgan to support customers, including facilitating stakeholder meetings and managing follow-up actions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in customer success or a relevant domain.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using technology with a willingness to learn new technological skills, programs, and tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product details and articulate best practices to maximize solution value.
  • Sound judgment in responding quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and managing expectations.

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare technology experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in a healthcare industry.
