Verallia, an international company committed to sustainable development, is looking for a Tax Specialist - Apprenticeship. You will assist the Group Tax Department in its advisory role for all group companies, both in France and abroad, on matters of French and international taxation.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the department's advisory mission and provide tax support for operations, including research and drafting memoranda on corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing.
- Assist with procedures before tax authorities, such as drafting claims and filing amended returns.
- Support corporate tax, VAT, payroll tax, and international tax filing campaigns, including transfer pricing documentation, returns, and Country-by-Country Reporting.
- Update transfer pricing documentation.
- Conduct tax monitoring and draft tax alerts for French and foreign entities.
- Assist with Group reporting on the effective tax rate and cash tax.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bac+5 level education, such as from a Business School or a Master 2 in Tax Law or Applied Corporate Tax Management.
- An operational level of English.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
- A strong sense of discretion.
