Remote Recruitment is looking for a Talent Specialist to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of UK clients. You will manage multiple vacancies, sourcing and placing high-caliber candidates across sectors like sales, admin, marketing, and tech within a dynamic agency environment.

What You'll Do

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake briefings to offer stage and onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates across various roles and industries.
Handle multiple vacancies at once with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Maintain regular communication with clients to update on progress and align on hiring goals.
Write engaging job adverts and manage postings across platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
Keep candidate records and pipelines organised and up to date in our CRM.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay on top of UK hiring trends and proactively identify strong matches for current and future roles.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in agency recruitment (360 or delivery), ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and client expectations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—both with clients and candidates.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Must have access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
