Keywords Studios is hiring a Talent Sourcer - Video Games on a 12-month contract. You will partner with our North American studios to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent for our AAA video game franchises.
What You'll Do
- Use diverse techniques and tools to uncover hidden talent within the video game industry.
- Engage and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Review and assess the active applicant pool to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and surface top talent to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Partner closely with internal recruiters to understand hiring needs and co-create effective strategies.
- Share market insights to enhance hiring decisions.
- Showcase company culture, projects, and growth potential to inspire exceptional professionals.
- Foster meaningful connections with candidates throughout their journey.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, evaluating skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Deliver comprehensive summaries and recommendations.
- Embody the company brand, generating excitement and attracting top talent.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, generate insightful reports, and track sourcing effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or similar role.
- Experience in the video game industry or media/entertainment fields.
- Strong understanding of the video game industry, market trends, roles, and skill sets.
- Command diverse sourcing techniques and tools, leveraging online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and maintain strong connections.
- Self-driven with a track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
Team & Environment
You will partner closely with multiple North American studios and internal recruiters.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: 55,000 CAD to 70,000 CAD.
Work Mode
This role is open to candidates in Ontario, British Columbia, or Quebec, Canada.
