Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Talent Sourcer to drive proactive headhunting efforts. In this role, you will build candidate pipelines for U.S. companies seeking marketing, creative, operations, and administrative talent across Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and source qualified candidates across Latin America for marketing roles.
- Build targeted candidate pipelines quickly and consistently.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines in the ATS.
- Ensure strong candidates move efficiently through the recruiting pipeline.
- Investigate talent markets and map competitors.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM).
