Responsibilities
- Adopt and promote best practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, and design patterns to produce clean, reusable code.
- Champion continuous delivery methods to ensure high-quality software reaches end users quickly and delivers early value.
- Collaborate in team environments focused on shared values to design innovative solutions for client challenges.
- Design and implement large-scale distributed systems using a microservices architecture.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to develop features, refine design ideas, build interactive prototypes, and integrate UX standards and best practices.
- Leverage emerging technologies from the Technology Radar to address real-world client issues.
- Utilize DevSecOps tools and methodologies to streamline software building and deployment, while promoting a DevOps mindset and integrating security early in the development lifecycle.
- Participate in or lead the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment and beyond.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
