Slasify is expanding its freelance talent pool and seeks experienced HR Consultants to provide external client support across the APAC region. In this freelance role, you will be a trusted partner, delivering HR consultancy, recruitment support, and payroll advice while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
What You'll Do
- Provide HR consultancy services, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support recruitment strategies and execution, including talent acquisition, market research, and hiring trends specific to the region.
- Advise on payroll setup and management, ensuring compliance with local tax and reporting requirements.
- Assist clients in navigating local labor laws, employment contracts, and HR policies.
- Offer guidance on market trends to help clients attract and retain top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted HR partner.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in HR consultancy, preferably in a freelance or client-facing role.
- Expertise in labor laws, payroll and recruitment practices.
- Familiarity with global HR trends and practices, with a specific focus on APAC markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients across different cultures and time zones.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
