TaxValet is hiring a Talent Partner to support our scaling efforts through high-quality, data-driven recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, sourcing exceptional talent, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Assist with branding activities such as blog posts, events, and maintaining social media.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment either in-house, RPO, or agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and interest to work with quantitative data.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- High interest in technology and AI.
