FORVIA is looking for a Talent & Organization Development Manager to drive organizational effectiveness and build leadership and talent capabilities across our global operations. As the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, we pioneer technologies for sustainable mobility, and this role is central to supporting our business challenges through strategic people initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the Strategic Workforce & Organization Plan.
- Drive organizational design aligned with roles, responsibilities, required skills, and the operating model.
- Build and maintain a clear overview of talent reservoirs, performance levels, succession plans, and high potentials.
- Anticipate business challenges and assess their impact on organizational needs.
- Build a roadmap to align business requirements, talent acquisition strategy, reinforcement plans, and organization effectiveness.
- Lead Talent Acquisition and external reinforcement planning.
- Manage succession planning and internal talent pools.
- Drive the Performance Management process.
- Identify and validate high potentials and ultimate potential.
- Lead Individual Development Plan processes and design individualized career trajectories.
- Conduct regular career interviews and development follow-ups.
- Activate development actions aligned with employee aspirations and business needs.
- Develop internal successors and the next generation of leaders at all levels.
- Develop leaders in alignment with the Leadership Competency Model and company values.
- Enable leaders to face current and future business challenges and strengthen them as People Developers.
- Support leaders in building effective, diverse, and high-performing teams.
- Participate in Strategic planning and budget elaboration in link with HR division controlling.
- Ensure the deployment of FES EE standards within the perimeter.
- Support HR managers in deployment of Restructuring plan.
- Foster team connections within division between all entities.
- Manage VIE within all worldwide perimeter.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Proven experience in business partnering, succession planning, and talent reviews within a complex organisation.
- Pro-activity, energy, and drive, along with good teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage complexity with strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Deep understanding of organisational design and workforce planning.
- Expertise in performance and talent management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Coaching capability and leadership advisory skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into people actions.
- A high level of discretion and integrity.
- Fluent in French and in English.
Team & Environment
You will report hierarchically to the Division HR Director and report functionally to the BG TOD Director. You will be joining a multicultural, globally connected team.
