Human Intelligence is looking for a Talent Operations & Recruitment Specialist to support a global, AI-first organization. This fully remote, independent contractor role requires regular working-hour overlap with Asia-Pacific and European time zones.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate communication using ATS and AI-enabled tools.
- Coordinate structured onboarding and offboarding processes with checklists and documentation.
- Maintain HR systems, contracts, and people records for accuracy and compliance.
- Support performance tracking, engagement processes, and operational reporting.
- Use AI and automation to improve recruitment and people operations efficiency.
