Robert Half Inc. is hiring a Talent Manager - Contract Finance & Accounting to join our team. You will be responsible for developing business, recruiting and matching accounting and finance professionals with client opportunities, and managing ongoing engagements to ensure outstanding service.
What You'll Do
- Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients via telephone, video, and in-person meetings.
- Market services to hiring managers and decision-makers in accounting and finance departments.
- Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled accounting and finance professionals with client projects and contract assignments.
- Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates.
- Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase company presence.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Business Development experience in a metrics-driven environment.
- At least one year of success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment.
- Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium sized businesses and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).
- Knowledge and familiarity with accounting and finance department operations.
- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach.
Nice to Have
- Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration degree.
- 1+ years of finance, accounting, or banking experience.
