Kforce is looking for a Talent Manager to play a critical role in fueling our growth by connecting people together. You will execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates and match them to client opportunities, balancing drive with interpersonal skills and creativity.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct contact.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand client hiring objectives and requirements.
- Submit candidates and provide information to facilitate hiring decisions.
- Coordinate interview and follow-up activities.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including skills evaluation and salary negotiation.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiations on salary and benefits.
- Ensure pre-employment steps like background checks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Manage consultants on assignment and facilitate their redeployment.
- Conduct all interactions with diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality.
- Connect regularly with candidates, colleagues, and clients to build relationships and generate leads.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and recommend creative strategies.
- Help newer team members succeed through mentorship.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of professional experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales.
- Ability to develop customer relationship management, consultative, and negotiation skills.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.
Nice to Have
- BA/BS degree preferred.
Team & Environment
As a developed business partner, the Talent Manager will interact with all levels of leadership to facilitate the internal hiring process. The Talent Manager also serves as a role model to junior members of the team.

- Compensation range: $71,120 to $88,900.
