Nebius seeks a Talent Intelligence Lead to establish and lead a new function dedicated to strategic talent acquisition. You will build Nebius's Talent Intelligence capability from the ground up, focusing initially on supporting the growth of our Go-To-Market organization. Your work will translate business growth plans into targeted talent strategies, unlocking new markets and building durable pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Establish Nebius’s Talent Intelligence capability focused on high priority hiring initiatives.
- Define approaches for talent market mapping, pipeline architecture, and proactive sourcing.
- Develop repeatable strategies that allow Nebius to engage talent markets earlier and more effectively.
- Conduct talent market mapping across enterprise sales, customer engineering, and technical GTM roles.
- Identify key talent ecosystems, competitor organizations, and adjacent talent pools.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies that unlock high value candidate networks.
- Design proactive pipeline strategies for high impact roles across the GTM organization.
- Develop durable talent pipelines that support both current hiring needs and future expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and leading a Talent Intelligence or Strategic Sourcing function.
- Deep expertise in talent market mapping, pipeline architecture, and proactive sourcing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to identify talent ecosystems, competitor landscapes, and adjacent talent pools.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to translate business objectives into talent strategies.
- Ability to develop repeatable, scalable processes for early and effective talent engagement.
- Focus on building strategic pipelines for Go-To-Market functions (sales, customer engineering).
