Coca-Cola FEMSA is hiring a Talent Coordination professional to ensure the business has the necessary and suitable talent to drive its strategy, maintain operations, and support sustainable growth through a comprehensive talent management culture.
What You'll Do
- Design the business's Talent Strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy and specific platform needs, ensuring execution through Development Agendas.
- Anticipate future talent needs for assigned audiences by analyzing talent supply and demand and aligning the Talent Strategy accordingly.
- Diagnose, analyze, and monitor Talent Segments, providing information and support to the HRBP and Local HR teams.
- Advise Directors and Platform Managers, as well as Operations HRBP and Local HR, on Talent Mapping and Succession processes.
- Participate in and lead mobility discussions for 1st-level Director and Manager teams, supporting HRBP and Local HR, and manage Future Talent to ensure the execution of Career Plans for the pool of interest.
- Ensure Career Paths for Key Talent and positions of interest.

This is an Individual Contributor role within the Human Resources area, reporting to the Talent & Culture GC Lead.
Work Mode
This is an on-site position based in Monterrey.
