At GE Vernova, we are looking for a Talent Attraction, Client Success Specialist to amplify our Employee Value Proposition and secure top talent across the Americas region. This role offers the chance to lead innovative recruitment strategies and collaborate with diverse teams to make a tangible impact on Talent Acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Lead job amplification initiatives to enhance the EVP and promote GE Vernova’s brand and opportunities to clients across the Americas, ensuring campaigns align with client needs and business goals.
- Collaborate globally with Client Success Specialists in Europe and APAC to maintain a cohesive approach to client engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as GE Vernova’s ambassador, promoting our values, mission, and EVP in all client interactions.
- Partner with the Talent Attraction Content and Communications Manager to create impactful job advertisements tailored for the Americas market.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with global clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and proactive engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to track, analyze, and optimize client relationships using data-driven insights to improve satisfaction metrics.
- Provide strategic input to leadership on market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Spearhead job amplification campaigns across platforms, delivering quarterly performance insights and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Engage with external organizations to inform and execute regional talent attraction strategies, leading outreach efforts that strengthen employer brand visibility and expand talent pipelines.
What We're Looking For
- 6-10 years of proven expertise in client success, account management, or talent acquisition, with a track record in managing global recruitment campaigns.
- Experience in employer branding and digital recruitment marketing, including developing content strategies that align with business goals.
- Understanding of the Americas region, including Canada and Latin America, with experience collaborating with teams in Europe and APAC.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics for campaign strategy and performance-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage clients at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to addressing client challenges and driving innovation.

You will report directly to the Global Talent Attraction Leader and collaborate closely with two other Client Success Specialists in EMEA and APAC.

- Compensation range: $92,900.00 - $125,000.00 USD annual.
