Workday is seeking a Principal Absence Time Tracking Scheduling Functional Consultant to ensure successful customer implementations of Workday's solutions. You'll apply your product and implementation expertise through requirements capture, configuration, data conversion, testing, and mentorship.
What You'll Do
- Become a master in at least two of the following Workday modules: Absence, Time Tracking, Scheduling.
- Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations via prototype systems, and assist clients with testing.
- Help clients convert legacy data into Workday.
- Assist the Integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
- Apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all client engagements.
- Ensure clients leverage Workday's proven solutions.
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
- Help deliver successful project outcomes and build lasting client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years experience implementing two of the following: Absence, Time Tracking, Scheduling.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company.
- Experience implementing Workday or similar applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Benefits & Compensation
- Primary Location Base Pay Range: $147,400 USD - $221,100 USD.
- Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $133,300 USD - $236,800 USD.
- Eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, plus annual refresh stock grants.
Work Mode
This role is based in a hybrid work mode in the USA.IL.Chicago location.
