Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Manage communication throughout the interview process
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring teams
  • Ensure timely feedback collection from interviewers
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding coordination for accepted offers
  • Stay updated on technology industry trends and talent markets
  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools effectively
  • Engage passive candidates through direct outreach
  • Craft clear and compelling job descriptions
  • Promote employer branding during candidate interactions
  • Participate in recruitment process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Deliver a professional experience to all applicants
  • Track key recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Work closely with HR and department leads
