SQLI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist IT (M/W) to join our Group Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting IT profiles across the European region, collaborating closely with Business and internal clients. You will join a global community of more than 20 in-house recruiters.
What You'll Do
- Support candidates and internal clients throughout the recruitment process: from defining the need to onboarding the new employee, providing guidance and advice.
- Define an innovative sourcing strategy based on the expressed need to achieve the recruitment plan for your scope.
- Conduct direct approaches and candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Lead HR evaluation interviews.
- Support candidates during the pre-boarding phase and ensure a smooth first-day experience.
- Draft employment contracts.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, GDPR, and tools associated with our Group recruitment and employer branding policy.
- Contribute to our school relations strategy: develop new partnerships, maintain existing ones, and define interventions in schools (forums, lectures, etc.).
- Facilitate weekly recruitment committees with internal stakeholders.
- Report on your activities in our Group ATS.
- Occasionally provide support on a few general HR topics.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a global community of more than 20 in-house recruiters and report directly to the Group Recruitment & Employer Branding Director.
Work Mode
This position is based in our Dortmund office.
