Remote Recruitment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a clear growth path into Business Development. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for UK-based clients while gradually developing commercial skills in a client-facing capacity.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK-based clients across various industries.
- Source, screen, and assess high-quality candidates aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure smooth communication between candidates and UK hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing UK clients.
- Support the senior team in recruitment campaigns and key account management.
- Begin transitioning into business development by identifying potential UK client opportunities.
- Assist in creating proposals, attending virtual client meetings, and contributing to growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ATS and CRM systems.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience working with UK clients or recruiting into the UK market.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ambition to transition into a business development role within the recruitment sector.
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.
