Responsibilities
- Global Talent Scouting: Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide. Identify and connect with candidates who aren’t actively applying through thoughtful outreach and strong networking.
- Smart Sourcing: Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. Use tools, from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels, to help find exceptional talent.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to ensure readiness for future hiring needs as the company scales.
- World-Class Candidate Experience: Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close. Ensure every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and high-quality, regardless of hiring outcome.
- Interviews and Screenings: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, and provide concise, actionable summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership.
- Hiring Operations: Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows, remove friction, and strengthen operational efficiency as the company grows past 100+ employees.
- Employer Branding and other Initiatives: Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the #1 destination for the world’s best AI talent.

Team size: 50+. Structure: The Talent Acquisition team works closely with Founders and Team Leads across engineering, product, and research. It operates with high autonomy and is responsible for scaling the company past 100+ employees while maintaining a strong culture and candidate experience.
