About the Role
Lead offline user acquisition and field operations across Latin America by building vendor networks, executing growth campaigns, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies to drive app adoption and payments usage among individuals and small merchants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead offline acquisition strategies to boost app downloads, payments adoption, and user activation for individual customers and small businesses.
- Identify and collaborate with local vendors, retail partners, and distribution networks to increase physical touchpoints for app installations.
- Design and implement growth campaigns while tracking key performance indicators such as new user acquisition and retention rates.
- Recruit, onboard, and oversee third-party vendors, promoters, and channel partners across assigned Latin American regions.
- Create standardized operating procedures and scalable frameworks to ensure consistent execution and vendor performance.
- Track and evaluate field performance data to guide decisions, improve efficiency, and optimize spending across acquisition channels.
- Apply user behavior and cohort analysis to adjust field tactics and enhance return on investment.
- Work closely with regional leaders and global teams to adapt messaging and pricing for local markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of experience in field marketing, sales operations, channel management, or user acquisition, preferably within tech platforms, payments, or digital marketplaces.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a track record in performance measurement, data analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors or field teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, uncertain environments requiring cross-regional coordination.
- Business-level proficiency in English is required.
