EverAI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be central to scaling the team from 75 to 100+ people. You will identify, attract, and land top global talent while helping build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide. You'll work closely with the CEO and partner with leaders across the business, with the opportunity to influence how Talent Acquisition evolves as we grow.
What You'll Do
- Identify, attract, and land top global talent.
- Help build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide.
- Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through thoughtful outreach and networking.
- Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using tools from AI agents to niche technical communities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
- Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise, actionable summaries.
- Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows, remove friction, and strengthen operations.
- Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the #1 destination for the world’s best AI talent.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Global sourcing experience with a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- You thrive in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact.
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment.

- Comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW).
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space.

Team & Environment
You'll be the second Talent Acquisition Specialist on a team of ≈ 75 people, scaling to 100+. You will work closely with the CEO and partner with leaders across the business, reporting directly to CEO Alexis Soulopoulos.
