Equip Health is hiring a Licensed Therapist to provide evidence-based treatment for eating disorders in a fully virtual clinic setting. You will be a core member of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing modalities like FBT and CBT-E to support patients and families across the lifespan.
What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses via telehealth.
- Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), and other evidence-based treatments.
- Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, with 20-26 hours dedicated to direct care weekly.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, dietitians, and mentors.
- Utilize between-session messaging and an EMR for patient support and team communication.
- Engage in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
- Maintain and obtain necessary state licenses as required, with costs covered by Equip.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted, and independent psychotherapy license from at least one US state in this posting's time zone.
- Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds, and cultures.
- Passion for delivering evidence-based care and expanding access to mental health treatment.
- Availability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm in your patients' primary time zone).
- Enthusiastic, collaborative team player.
- Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating disorder treatment.
- Experience with evidence-based treatment and/or intensive treatment settings.
- Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma.
- Case management experience and/or experience working closely with a multidisciplinary care team.

- Compensation: $71,000 to $105,000 Annually.
