About the Role

Omniscient Digital is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end coordination of our recruiting operations. You will be responsible for managing our ATS, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and driving process improvements to hire for full-time, part-time, and contract roles.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain our ATS (Ashby) and proactively evaluate and implement new tools that streamline and enhance the recruiting process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to align on role requirements, drive timely feedback, and ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.
  • Manage and monitor candidate pipelines for full-time, part-time, and contract roles, ensuring timely progression through each hiring stage.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write and post job listings and actively source high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain timely and professional communication with candidates, and manage the overall candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Document recruiting workflows, track and report on recruiting KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and lead initiatives to streamline and automate hiring operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Experience with using ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong project manager.
  • Strong communicator, able to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Take ownership and deliver, tracking your own KPIs and moving candidates forward without micromanagement.
  • Have a process mindset, spotting inefficiencies and suggesting ways to automate and streamline.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to pivot quickly and solve problems.
  • Empathetic and treats candidates respectfully.
