About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with team needs and company standards while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions across departments
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process from job posting to offer stage
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with team members and candidates
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment strategies
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles
  • Attend networking events and job fairs to expand talent network
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure positive experience
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
  • Partner with HR on onboarding documentation and processes
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices
  • Develop and post job ads on relevant platforms
  • Assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Negotiate offers in coordination with management and HR
  • Provide market insights to hiring teams on talent availability
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Support employer branding through professional candidate engagement
  • Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers to refine processes
