The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and own recruitment efforts at Onera Health, with a primary focus on scaling the US commercial and sales teams. This role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s growth by building strong talent pipelines, ensuring cultural alignment, and representing Onera within the sleep medicine ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, primarily focused on US sales and commercial roles to accelerate our growth.
- Ensure candidates align strongly with our core values: Be Bold, We Care, We Are One. And strengthen our company culture with every hire.
- Dive deep into the sleep medicine ecosystem. Build relationships, attend events, and create visibility for Onera in the market.
- Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to translate business strategy into effective hiring plans.
- Support hiring across Operations, IT, Service Delivery, R&D, with a strong emphasis on Sales and commercial growth in the US.
- Proactively build strong talent pipelines to support continuous scaling.
