Onera Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our growing organization. You will be responsible for driving and owning our recruitment efforts, with a strong focus on US commercial growth and sales hiring. You will play a key role in scaling our organization by attracting top talent, ensuring strong culture fit, and building a powerful hiring pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, primarily focused on US sales and commercial roles to accelerate our growth.
- Ensure candidates align strongly with our core values: Be Bold, We Care, We Are One, and strengthen our company culture with every hire.
- Dive deep into the sleep medicine ecosystem. Build relationships, attend events, and create visibility for Onera in the market.
- Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to translate business strategy into effective hiring plans.
- Support hiring across Operations, IT, Service Delivery, and R&D, with a strong emphasis on Sales and commercial growth in the US.
- Proactively build strong talent pipelines to support continuous scaling.

- Proven experience owning the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally with a focus on commercial and sales roles in the US market.

- Strong initiative to build relationships and market presence within a specialized industry like healthcare or medical devices.
- Demonstrated skill in partnering with business leaders to develop and execute strategic hiring plans.
- Experience building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines for scaling organizations.
