Miaplaza is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruiting by interviewing and assessing exceptional candidates for rewarding positions within our organization.
What You'll Do
- Skillfully interview, assess, and screen an often high volume of incoming applicants, identifying promising candidates who align with our culture and requirements.
- Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout their journey, from initial outreach to offer discussions.
- Work independently to screen candidates, manage interviewing schedules, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team in a variety of administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a work setting, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Adaptable and able to change priorities and tasks while staying focused on moving work forward.
- Access to a quiet space to work.
- Access to a computer/laptop with a working web camera, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Experience conducting interviews.
- A natural talent for building rapport during interviews, with the flexibility to adapt their approach for different roles and personalities.

- Outstanding communication abilities, crafting everything from compelling job descriptions to thoughtful candidate correspondence, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $23.53 - $28.47 per hour.
